The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that her cousin brother Arun Kumar on the basis of forged documents, executed a sale deed in favour of his wife, the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute,

It is further submitted that Title Suit No. 159 of 2020 is pending between the parties and for a civil nature of dispute, the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal proceeding. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the petitioner who has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order Cr. Misc. No. 26130 of 2021.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that her husband has executed sale deed in her favour on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
