Petitioner who is Dewar of the complainant apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 835(c) of 2004 for the offence under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main allegation is against the husband of the complainant who has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The marriage of the complainant was solemnized with Sunil Tanti in the year 1999 and we are in 2020.

No.25914 of 2020(2) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the husband has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and petitioner being the Dewar of the complainant, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No.835(c) of 2004, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
