The petitioners Paniya Kumari and Chania Kumari apprehend her arrest in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have pelted bricks. Submission is that there is case and counter case. There is no specific allegation made against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.328 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar II, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
