2. This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on behalf of the petitioners is directed against the order dated 03.10.2013 passed in Case No.813 of 2013/Tr. No.145 of 2013 in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereunder the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Daudnagar, ordered under Section 116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the members of the second party/petitioners to execute the bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to maintain the peace with the members of the first party/opposite party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51334 of 2013 dt.12-04-2016 2/2 no.2 during the pendency of the proceeding.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court, calling for interference in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
