No. 827 of 2014 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.251 of 2015 (3) dt.17-08-2015 2 / 2 Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
