Petitioners seek bail in Lauriya P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B), 120(B)/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
Petitioners are said to be in custody since 26.08.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76976 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bettiah (West Champaran), in connection with Lauriya P.S.
