This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 342, 447, 323, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the statement of the complainant, on oath, accused persons entered into her house and committed assault and theft.

Submission of the petitioners is that allegation is general and omni bus, much less, a false allegation, due to earlier case, lodged by the petitioners' side. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17198 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tr. No. 1308 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 109 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
