The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that while the informant along with his brother was working in the field, the accused persons came there and assaulted both of them, as a result of which, the informant and his brother sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 03-12-2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22978 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ankaj Kumar. The said Ankaj Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 30-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18149 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
