JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/354/379/498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner has already paid substantial amount of the maintenance amount ordered by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner undertakes to pay the remaining amount within three months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

No.54935 of 2016 (4) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/Successor Court, in connection with Complaint Case No.1677 of 2007, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
