JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 This application has been filed challenging the order dated 21.02.2022 passed by learned A.C.J.M., Balia, Begusarai, by which the Court below has dismissed the discharge application filed by the petitioner. As per the F.I.R. the allegation against the petitioner and other accused is that they have misappropriated Government fund of Rs.24,56,000/-.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

I have gone through the impugned order passed by the Court below. It appears that the Court below after considering entire materials on record has passed the impugned order by which discharge application filed by the petitioner has
