2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that petitioner has been paid retiral dues as well as pension has been fixed by the Office of the Accountant General Bihar.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General has produced the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6483 of 2023 dt.17-08-2023 2/2 Pension/Gratuity/Commutation Payment Order dated 16.06.2023 with respect to payment to pension and gratuity duly communicated to the Treasury Officer, Darbhanga.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instruction that the Treasury Officer, Darbhanga has already credited the entire amount of pension and gratuity into the account of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the parties based on the information received from the concerned respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of any retiral dues or interest which is required to be paid in accordance with law. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks by the concerned respondent. (Purnendu Singh, J) minu/- AFR/NAFR N.A.F.R.
