JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and general allegation of torturing as well as demand of dowry has been levelled against them, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of

Case No. 157 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
