The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No.68 of 1994 registered under Sections 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have misused the privilege of bail for about 22 years and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2018. It appears that the case is of very petty nature and compromise was also filed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than 2 1⁄2 months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.68 of 1994.
