2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 334 (1) , 317 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ) of BNS.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant who is Headmaster of Middle School Chhoti Pali alleged that when the school reopened after vacation on 21.01.2025 , he saw the store house of the school was opened and three Gas Cylinder HP 19.2 kg, one big Tub and 2 small Tub and drum of steel were missing. Upon enquiry , informant came to know that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21331 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 co-accused Suraj Kumar and Aman Kumar were involved in this occurrence . Upon interrogation of both co-accused by Narhat Police official , police recovered the alleged articles from Kashi Jhar of Tilaiya river. Later on both the accused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner and one other accused as their associates.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence . Name of this petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused persons. No stolen article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in no way connected with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI Nawada in connection with
