This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. For land dispute the allegation of firing is against other named accused persons. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omni bus of commission of assault.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 371 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief
