JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.A. For direction upon the Respondents Authorities to take proper steps under the Registration Act, 1908 on the application/complaint filed by the Petitioner with respect to the Sale Deed dated 02.02.2022 which has been procured by the Private Respondent by taking advantage of mental and physical illness of the Executor namely Ajay Kumar Sinha, the husband of the Petitioner No.1 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6172 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 brother of the Petitioner No.2 after suppressing the real fact about the status of the property by giving false statement in the Sale Deed.

B. For directing the Respondents Authorities to take proper steps against the Private Respondent and the persons concerned in whose connivance without following the Rules for registration of documents regarding physical examination of the land of the petitioners has been sold and false statement has been given in the Sale Deed."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
