One loaded country-made pistol and 10 live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 23-04-2016. No doubt, earlier petitioner was made accused in three criminal cases but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016
