No.72 of 2013 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Madhubani, dropping the proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, when the case is called out. Yesterday (11.04.2016) also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this application when the case was called out. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
