JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's daughter was kidnapped. In 164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim has named the petitioner and one Dinesh Paswan who were guarding the victim during confinement.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against Rajeev Paswan and considering the same, other accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vice Cr. Misc. No. 4503 of 2013. Moreover, the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed an application to that effect before the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1035 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2012 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
