The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.609 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 41 (1) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. As per seizure list, total 69 litres of foreign liquor is recovered from a car which allegedly does not belong to those petitioners. The petitioners were apprehended on the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have no concern with the aforesaid car. They are not owner of the car. They are in custody since 29.09.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid , the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73343 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.609 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
