Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. No person has sustained any injury. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24997 of 2018.
