The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Mahila P. S. Case No. 23 of 2019 dated 11.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Regard being had to the submission raised on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 09.12.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21061 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P. S. Case No. 23 of 2019.

In case the informant so desires, she can file a requisite application before the court below under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petition stands allowed with the aforesaid observation / direction.
