Mr. Manish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appears for the Bank and submits that a direction sought against the Cooperative Bank, the writ petition itself is not maintainable. He further submits that the proper remedy for the petitioner lies under section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and he can take recourse to the same.
