This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner allegedly fired causing injury at the chest of the informant. The injury report is consistent with the prosecution allegation.

After hearing the parties, considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015 pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Samastipur. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
