Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The seizure list reflects seizure of 42 liters of Beer. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
