JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing M.J.C. no. 3653 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 11.09.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain constraints, the defects could not be removed in time but he undertakes to remove the same within a

Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid contempt petition bearing M.J.C. no. 3653 of 2019 be restored to its original file, subject to removal of defects by physical mode, within a period of four weeks from today.
