On account of murderous assault having been made over the husband of informant by the accused persons including the petitioner, informant, Chanchal Kumari filed written report which happens to be the basis of instant prosecution. From the order impugned, it is evident that in Para-19 of the case diary, injured was examined, who had disclosed that Chandan Kumar Choudhary and Madan Gopal Choudhary caught hold both his hand while petitioner Rajan Choudhary gave sickle blow over his neck as well as face. Para-36 contains injury report wherefrom it is evident that the doctor had found two injuries caused by sharp cutting weapon, one is simple and another is

In the aforesaid background, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
