This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1067 of 2018 whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond and sureties to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.819 of 2017 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court could not be

Considering the submissions made above, the period of six weeks granted to be petitioner vide order dated 17.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1067 of 2018 for furnishing bond and sureties to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.Case No.819 of 2017 is extended by further two weeks.
