JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner with prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any others writ/ orders directing the concerned respondents authorities for payment of pending exgratia amounts for Rs. 1,10,000/- which has been already recovered from the wrong receiver for the loss and lives of the husband of petitioner Md. Cheedi during the period of 1989-90 Bhagalpur Communal violence whose death was confirmed by the respondents through D.R. No. 1/90-91. It is further prayed for the payment of ex-gratia monthly

Patna High Court CWJC No.6180 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 pension in favour of petitioner like similar situated victims of the said violence with effect from 01.09.2007 for Rs.2,500/- and from the month of December 2013 for Rs. 5,000/- contained in Annexure-3 of this petition."

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
