JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.530 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. He is in custody since 18.10.2019 on the allegation of recovery of one country-made pistol from his possession. Considering the statement made in para 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the period undergone by him in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class,
