Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that general and omnibus allegations have been made in the complaint against the petitioner (husband). He submits that he is willing to keep her with full honour and dignity.

In case the complainant is inclined to accept the offer of the petitioner, it would be for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail on such ground. Considering the nature of allegation, the prayer for
