2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, dated 26.07.2024, lodged under Section 126(2), 115, 118(1), 117, 109, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 10 named accused persons, including the present petitioner, alleging that they assaulted the informant and her family members.

4. It transpires to this Court that counsel for the petitioner has suppressed 31⁄2 lines in the typed copy of the FIR and subsequently affixed his signature on the same, certifying it

This reflects a careless and reluctant attitude on the part of the counsel for the petitioner, indicating that he is not serious about the case, and put his signature on record. The same mistake has been made in Cr. Misc. No. 24110 of 2025, wherein similar suppression has been made in the typed copy by counsel for the petitioner in both cases.

5. Hence, it is due to this reason, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the petitioner's counsel has made suppression in this case which is apparent from the record.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
