The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lutua P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 120(B), 121, 121(A), 122, 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5 Exp. Act and 13, 16, 18, 20 of the U.A.P.A. Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that one Pankaj Sharma has been arrested by the police and 3 kgs. Of I.E.D. recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73367 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District-Gaya in connection with Lutua P.S. Case No.02 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
