1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.09.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.12781 of 2018, the District Education Officer, Araria has passed a reasoned order dated 20.01.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioners, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, while disposing off the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 20.01.2020, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
