The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case no.95 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel is of the petitioner is that the statement of the girl has been recorded after recovery and she has stated that she has married with the petitioner and she disclosed her age as 19 years and even after this case the girl was released in favour of of the petitioner and she is living in his house.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73937 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case no.95 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
