19-04-2016 The sole petitioner has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 20-04-2013/ 22-04-2013 passed by learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2013 (S.T. No. 418 of 2013). By the said order, the learned Magistrate, after receipt of the police report, has taken cognizance of offence under Sections 489(A), (B), (C), 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the order impugned, there is no apparent error warranting interference.

The petition stands dismissed.

While dismissing the present petition, keeping in view the nature of accusation, the Court is of the opinion that the court below may take appropriate steps for early disposal of the case.
