The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting to the husband of the informant, due to which, he sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is counter version of the occurrence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23166 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 also. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
