JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 143, 447, 337, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioners obstructed the Government servant from measuring the land. It is further alleged that even they pelted stones and bricks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is a student of Intermediate and petitioner no.2 is a lady. He further submits that the main allegation is against Kapildeo Singh, father of petitioner no.1.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43832 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2 / 2 case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case no. 570 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
