In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.790 of 2008, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 380 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the allegation, the accused persons forcibly entered into the house of the complainant and looted away the articles of Rs.50,000/-. Later on, while the complainant side was going to file the complaint, they were intercepted and were put to sexual assault.
