In terms of the order dated 10.04.2026 and 01.05.2026, passed in this case, a supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Patna, whereby a calculation chart has been brought on record. From perusal thereof, it would transpire that the petitioner was entitled for payment of Rs.13,982/- towards interest @ 6%, however he has already been paid an amount to the tune of Rs.14,148/- and therefore, this Court is satisfied that now no contempt is made out.
