JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2017 An order, dated 08.10.2014, passed, in Matrimonial Suit No. 195 of 2011, by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea, is under challenge in the present criminal revision application, whereby the Court below, keeping pending the matrimonial case, had directed the petitioner to produce evidence in support of her claim for maintenance, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

In my view, this revision application, filed against an interim order, is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
