Case No. 247 of 2018 dated 16.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

An accused person was arrested with a stolen motorcycle, who has named the petitioner also as one of his associates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the implication of the petitioner in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested co-accused person and that he does not have any criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the
