2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, vide order dated 18.08.2025, the case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of Patna High Court and dispute between the parties has amicably been resolved through the process of mediation vide Mediator's
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30667 of 2025(5) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 report dated 20.11.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Naugachia Mahila P. S. Case No. 33 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
