JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the same relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jehanabad which he claims to have been received in the Office of the Collector on 23.12.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jehanabad to dispose of his representation after hearing the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State Mr.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6191 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 Mahtab Alam has no objection to the above prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Jehanabad is directed to dispose of the representation which is contained in Annexure-3 of the writ application within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The order passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jehanabad shall be speaking and a reasoned order in accordance with law.
