The petitioner has come to this Court on account of non-compliance of the order dated 3.9.2012 passed in CWJC No. 15760 of 2012 by which the respondents were directed to verify the claim of the petitioner and thereafter make payment of the amounts found due and payable to the petitioner.
Patna High Court MJC No.2178 of 2013 (6) dt.22-06-2016 In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, it is stated that all the amounts have been paid to the petitioner along with statutory interest wherever applicable, the details of which have been supplied along with the calculation chart.
In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
In case the petitioner finds any discrepancy in the figures provided by the opposite parties, he can approach the opposite parties for rectification of the error and consequent payment of any additional amount arising therefrom. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U
