JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific accusation of making assault to the informant is against Santosh Kumar, Phoolan Kumar and Lalit Jha when other accused persons assaulted Bhuneshwar Jha and when the informant after initial assault fell down on the ground then other accused persons also assaulted him. The petitioner and Lalit Jha are alleged to have taken away Rs. 31,000/- from the informant's pocket.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault against the petitioner is not specific. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.502 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
