This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mithanpura P.S. Case No.260 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 238 & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that the petitioner has killed her three years old child as the petitioner was having an affair with someone. She is in custody since 27.08.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant her privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
