JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,452,380,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged against the petitioners that they assaulted the informant and one Hasrati.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury reports of both the informant and Hasrati have been brought on record as Annexure 3 which suggest that the injuries have beenfound to be simple. It is further submitted that the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or

No.828 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
