1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I) For quashing of order dated 15.09.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal Patna, passed in B.L.T. Case No.-485/2014, whereby and where under the B.L.T. Case No.- 485/2014 filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed.

II) For quashing of order dated 20.02.2014/ 22.04.2014 Passed by the Learned Divisional Commissioner, Patna, passed in Land Ceiling Revision 228 of 2011 where by the Land Ceiling Revision of the petitioner has been dismissed and order dated 05.11.2011 passed by Addl. Collector Nalanda in Land Ceiling Appeal No.-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19398 of 2015(3) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 05/09-10 is affirmed.

) For quashing of order dated 05.11.2011 passed in III Land Ceiling Appeal No.-05/09-10 passed by Addl. Collector-cum-Addl. Distt. Magistrate, Nalanda where by the appeal against order dated 03.09.2008 passed by L.R.D.C. passed in Land Ceiling Case No.-05/08-09 is dismissed.

IV) For quashing order dated 23.09.2008 passed by L.R.D.C. Rajgir, passed in Land Ceiling Case No.-05/08-09 where by the claim of the petitioner was rejected."

3. It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the State that in terms of judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 13.10.2023 passed in the case of Sudhakar Jha vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. bearing C.W.J.C. No. 15060 of 2019, this writ application has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
