The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with Chandra Deep Prasad and Bangali Mahto surrounded him. The petitioner, Dinesh Prasad slapped the informant and thereafter, on the order of Bangali Mahto, Chandra Deep Prasad shot at the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a school Teacher and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is alleged to have slapped the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11240 of 2017 (3) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 informant, but only one injury is said to have been found. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- within two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Dalsing Sarai, District-Samatipur in connection with in Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
